ポークリブ300g、マーマレードジャム大さじ1、にんにくすりおろし小さじ1、醤油、大さじ1、REDMAMA小さじ1 |
◆ 手順 |
(1)肉以外の材料をジッパー付袋に入れてまぜ、肉をいれてよく揉む (2)(1)を冷蔵庫で半日~一晩マリネする (3)(2)をフライパンで焼くか、耐熱容器に入れオーブンで焼く(オーブンの場合は180℃約20分) |

10oz of Pork Spareribs, 1 tbs of marmalade jam, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of REDMAMA |
◆ DIRECTIONS |
1. Combine all the ingredients except for pork spareribs. Mix it well in resealable plastic bag. 2. Add pork spareribs in the bag. Rub well and leave it in the refrigerator for half day to whole day. 3. Grill pork in the oven or on frying pan. |
